Neon inks to debut at The Drawing Centre's booth at Print World
Neon inks will be showcased at this year's Print World.
The Drawing Centre is showcasing its line of Seiko large-format printers, including the W-54s and W-64s with new reflective neon inks.
W-64s wide format printer using neon inks
The neon inks are being called the world’s first solvent-based fluorescent inks for wide format inkjet printers and are available in two colors, Neon Yellow and Neon Pink, used in combination with the ColorPainter GX ink set. The inks glow under a blacklight for some interesting indoor signage effects.
The neon inks can be printed not only as spot colors, but also as part of traditional CMYK process colour. Read more about the inks on the
Drawing Centre website (where there's also a demo video).
