Exhibitor services
As part of your exhibitor package you will receive:

• Siderail drapery (3 ft. high)
• Backwall drapery (8 ft. high)
• Carpeted aisles
• Comprehensive exhibitor manual
• Paid access to electronic bar code readers for easy scanning of visitor badges
• Free access to the Visual Show Lead Retrieval System, a proven method of accessing visitor information without the cost of bar code readers
• 24-hour security during the show
• Storage space if required
• Material handling (except for equipment)

Exhibit rates:

• $19.50 Cdn per sq. ft (approx. $18.25 U.S., north side of hall)
• $21.00 Cdn per sq. ft. (approx. $19.75 U.S., south side of hall)

Terms

• Prior to February 29, 2008, 10% of the total payment is due with the signed Space Application Contract.
• Between March 1 and July 29, 2008, 35% of the total payment is due with the signed Space Application Contract.
• After August 1, 2008, 100% of the total payment is due with the signed Space Application Contract.
• You will be invoiced in accordance with the above schedule for progressive payments due.
