For Immediate Release Print Software Theatre and Design City Toronto, Ontario (21 February 2008): Two of the printing industry’s most popular show attractions will again be a part of Print World: The World of Shorter-Run Printing on November 22-24 at the Direct Energy Centre. Back by popular demand is the Print Software Theatre, an educational centre designed to promote software products. With state-of-the-art audio and visual equipment, and 900 sq. ft. of presentation space, the Print Software Theatre puts software companies and their new products in the spotlight. Software tools for image editing, page layout, illustration, web design, and prepress production will be on display. Adobe returns as the key sponsor, hosting several sessions daily. Graphic design suppliers and buyers will also be thrilled to see the return of Design City, a special section of the show designated to graphic design tools, software, and services. Now in its third year, Design City welcomes brand-name exhibitors including Cascades, Tembec, Pearson, Asia Pulp and Paper, and many others with much to offer designers Access to both the Print Software Theatre and Design City are included in the Print World admission, adding more value to the packed three-day show. Major exhibiting companies already booked include Heidelberg, Xerox, Canon, Presstek, Fujifilm, GBC, Hewlett-Packard, Xeikon, Konica Minolta, Gandinnovations, Agfa, Ricoh, and Epson, with over 300 expected. Print World occupies 125,000 sq. ft at Toronto, Ontario’s most modern trade show facility, the Direct Energy Centre near downtown Toronto.
