Print World Set for Downtown Toronto
November 22-24, 2008

25 November 2007: The printing industry’s major players will be in Toronto next November at Print World: The World of Shorter-Run Printing.

Held at the Direct Energy Centre by the lake from November 22-24, Print World 2008 will feature all major digital and inkjet printing vendors, and offset vendors showing presses for the Shorter-Run market.

Over 50% of Print World 2008 is already booked by major show exhibitors including Heidelberg, Xerox, Canon, Presstek, KBA, Fuji, GBC, Hewlett-Packard, Xeikon, Konica Minolta, Gandinnovations, B&R Moll, Müller Martini, and Brandtjen & Kluge, with more to come. Hewlett Packard and Konica Minolta will both have a bigger booth than last year and Océ will have the biggest presence of any trade show that it has participated in Canada to date.

Print World is a North American show with an international flavour, focusing on the shorter-run printing needs of small, medium, and large printing companies, in-plants, and brokers.

The show will welcome over 200 exhibitors (300 companies) to 11,600 m2 of space at Toronto’s premier show facility, the Direct Energy Centre on the Exhibition Place grounds. Close to 10,000 industry representatives attended the last show and are expected again at Print World 2008.

Toronto is Canada’s largest metropolitan area (5 million+) and the heart of the North American printing market. It boasts more printers per capita than anywhere else in North America. Toronto is also an international city, with a proud multicultural tradition and a vibrant and safe downtown. It is one of North America’s fastest-growing cities.

Toronto Pearson International Airport directs flights to major international cities. It’s easy to get to Toronto, and easy to get around.
